Home prices under $500K in some of the cheapest Greater Toronto neighbourhoods

The five least expensive neighbourhoods in the Greater Toronto Area have homes priced under $500,000. The lowest median home sale price was in the Queen Street corridor in Brampton at $397,500. Central Mississauga had a median price of $468,500 with 50 homes sold, while the Freeman neighbourhood in Burlington had a median price of $470,000 with five homes sold. These areas feature many condo buildings.
